Racquetball Manitoba Policies

Racquetball Manitoba abides by Racquetball Canada’s policy suite. Racquetball Canada has worked alongside the Sport Law & Strategy Group to develop updated, comprehensive, user-friendly policies and procedures.

Racquetball Canada’s Policy Suite is comprehensive and reflects current best practices that will guide the organization in its operations including policies that support our values, help ensure accountability and transparency and that deal with bullying, abuse, harassment, discrimination, maltreatment and conflict.

Racquetball Manitoba & Racquetball Canada also adhere to the Universal Code of Conduct for Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS).

Respect in Sport Policy

Through our partnership with Sport Manitoba, Racquetball Manitoba is proactive in ensuring our sport is safe and welcoming for all participants. Respect in Sport (RiS) helps us promote those values through a simple and convenient online training course for coaches and sport leaders.

Provincial Team Policy

Racquetball Manitoba supports junior and senior athletes to attend the Racquetball Canada National Championship each year. The selection of the team and financial support is determined by the Provincial Team Selection Policy.
